the amps of sust 250 that i can get are not like the bottles you can get stuff out with and leave some in it. you have to break off the top and get all of it out at one time. how am i suppose to take more than 250 butr less than 500 at a time?

Ummmi dont know, but for ur informationb, each of those litte "bottles" are called amps, so that each one contains 250mg's

uh yea those are amps and the choice is 250, 500 or more but give us your stats and is the sust your only as your going to use?
