    Will Cardarine increase MUSCULAR endurance or only cardiovascular endurance?

    I know Cardarine helps with your running but what about more muscular endurance type work.

    Say a CrossFit type workout, carry 30lbs up the stairs, 20 pushups, 5 pull-ups, repeat for 20 minutes. Will Cardarine help with things like this?

    I didn't notice any benefit when I took it. Your mileage may differ... but FOR ME, if their was an effect, it was minimal.
