Low LH/luteinizing hormone in mid-cycle test results - increase hCG?

Hey all, I tried searching the forum a bit with no luck.

I'm wondering if I should increase my hCG dose, and if so how much. Here's why - any suggestions are appreciated if you have experience with this:

Got my mid-cycle test results and LH was "less than 1 IU/L", so below normal. My pre-cycle LH was 3 IU/L. I also had some discomfort and a little pain at times while my balls were shrinking a little before the mid-cycle tests (discomfort and pain is gone now), which led me to believe even before I saw the mid-cycle test results that I might want to increase hCG.

    My cycle is:
    Test prop + var.
250 IU hCG, twice per week.
    12.5 mg Aromasin ED.

I'm almost done the cycle at this point (about 3 weeks left before PCT). I have hCG to spare.

A study I read found that at around 750 units the body produces normal levels of test, but who knows if that’s the case, especially if your Lh is that low. Is your HCG quality? What brand?

Whenever your erogenous T levels are higher then your brain thinks endogenous levels should be your lh level will drop to almost zero regardless of running hcg . Your Brian doesn’t think your body needs to produce any test. Running hcg will continue to suppress lh levels. The hcg will mimic lh production though signaling your testies to fire

Ohhh I see what you're saying. So hCG isn't actually LH, it just does the same job, so won't show up on bloodwork as LH. Thanks for that.

Still related note though, I was surprised how much testes shrinkage and discomfort/pain I had earlier in my cycle. Is it a good idea to increase hCG dosage a bit if that happens and how much of an increase?

Nothing is set in stone, 250iu 2x per wk is a very sensible dose but not! Person dependant. If you feel that this is not sufficient or your blood work says so then change it.

From my own experience your testies hurt when they shit down and then when they start to function again. If your running hcg and they start to dull ache then they are probably starting to fire again

Embrace the shrinkage, it happens. Even at 500 twice a week, I still have slight atrophy. No big deal.

As Bio stated. I’ve noticed a dull ache when my boys shut down or fire up. It’s transient and just slightly annoying.

Try not to overthink it...your test and Var are low.

I’m more concerned with your aromasin dose. Seems like you brought a gun to a knife fight...

Rereading I don’t see your actual test and Var dose? I got the hcg numbers confused with the test dose.

What dose are we talking about?
