post cycle
After a cycle of test, when the drive wears off, any suggestions? Just kick yourself and keep going is all I can think of. What sort of training methods are best. I've read a few times that higher intensity, fewer reps, more explosive workouts are best post cycle.
Is it best to cut my reps and sets down after a cycle to keep the weight?

I would try not to change anything up. Make sure you start your PCT on time, keep the calories high, rest, and keep training like you have been. JMO
