What type of blood test should I get?

Hey guys just wondering what type of blood test should I get to check my levels? I just was on a cycle Dbol , Deca and test e. Now I’m just crusing on test e with 100mg a week. Chest area looked like a girl if you ask my wife but nips are no sensitive or puffy but I do feel a lumps in both could be fat as this was a bulking cycle. I ran nolva for about a month at 25mg a day while on cycle. I have more nolva as well as Arimidex but wondering which would be best to take. Reading on here is like some guys will say this or that I’m just tryna put it all into prospective. And the advise on here are from a lot of guys with experience and been helpful as well. Just wanna day this forum has lots to learn from. And I’m thankful for the help.

Will a doc write a script or are you paying out of pocket?

The places here said we can’t do blood test unless prescribed by a dr. I tried all the trusted sources that gave me info it’s just that they don’t have offices here. So imma call my dr I just wanna know what to tell um. Mahalo for your info.

Well, basics would be as follows:

    CBC
    CMP
    Total T
    Free T
    E2 Sensitive
    Lipids
    TSH, FT3, FT4
    Prolactin

Assume your doctor will know you're on self-imposed TRT, right? Otherwise if he ran LH/FSH he would instantly know.

I'd do PSA for sure. It'll be a good baseline from a younger age.

Never hurts to run PSA and DHT. Agree with cylon.

Assuming insurance is covering all this....

I tend to prefer to keep dht towards the high end of normal because I seem to encounter more brain fog at the lower end. That could be an individual reaction, though.

Interesting. I have BPH and have been on Fina for years now with no issues. I've run numerous PSA/DHT labs on various levels of test. Finasteride is quite impressive at blocking DHT (type 2 blocker @ 70%) and is effective up to about 600 mgs of test per studies.
