What specifics should I request on my blood test?

I’m going to get some bloodwork as I’ve developed small lump near my left nipple, and I want to see if it’s gyno.

I already had an ultrasound, and my Dr. checked it out, and naturally, he didn’t know what it was. So, he’s sending me out to a freaking general surgeon. 🙄

I know there’s E1-E3, with E2 being the most important, from what I understand. Then, there’s free/total test, but aside from that, I was wondering if any vets here could offer some input on what to request?
