On TRT and want to do my first cycle.

I've read the FAQ of what the first cycle should look like with test, Deca and dbol. But I was curious if there is a such thing as a baby cycle. My Dr for TRT has me do blood work every 2 months. Currently I'm 31, 176lbs 20%bf... and my TRT is 180mg once a week. I am also using ipamorelin/sermorelin 100mg 3x a day (that's more for sleep then anything). My training is a rotation chest and tris EOD back and bis in between, legs twice a week, core twice a week. For diet, 3 eggs in the morning with a cup of plain oat meal nothing added, snack is 22g low carb protein shake with a banana, lunch is 1/2 cup of brown rice 1/2 cup of broccoli and 8oz of chicken breast, snack is another protein shake and dinner is the same as lunch then about an hour later Greek yogurt with fresh blue berries and almonds. So far I've lose 6%bf since December but I'm trying to get between 10-15% and add more muscle of course.

To answer you first question I have never heard of a “ baby cycle”

Its going to be tough to cycle with blood work every 8 weeks. How long have you been on trt? Blood work is usually every 6 months once dialed in.

If you want to add more muscle you need eat more and to drop your bodyfat maybe add in some cardio.

It's been 6 months since I've been on TRT, my Hematocrit was at 50% so I've been donating blood to get it to drop that's why.

You definitely couldn't run deca as a baby cycle; it's one of, if not the longest lingering steroids in the body. Also it is long-estered, meaning it will take 6-8 weeks to really kick in. You don't say how long you've been training, or else I could give you advice on the cycle. If you just started training within the last couple of years, you can still make some good progress at just TRT doses. I would split up your TRT dose in at least 2 shots per week. I do it E3D.

Eventually you will have your TRT dialed in and you will only do blood work every 4 or 6 months. You'll be able to cycle fine, don't be too eager to start. I started at age 32, so you're already ahead of me.

Sorry about that I've been training for 2.5 years off and on due to a shoulder injury in the military. Good to know that TRT will keep improving. I just want to know where to go from here once it's dialed. I try and do as much research as possible and get everything situated before trying anything. Thank you for all the advice.

Once your doctor starts running Bloodwork every 6 months or once a year then you can cycle a lot easier. There's no advantage to advising compounds now because they are going to be based on what bloodwork your doctor requisitions. Different compounds affect different bloodwork and some don't interfere at all.

Every two month blood work is ok for a short period of time when initiating TRT. Other than that it's over-kill unless there are issues.
Agree with Windex, just wait it out.

I felt something about 3-4 days my energy seemed to go up but probably 1 month to feel everything. It just depends on each person. My dad was much lower than I was and it took him 2 months but that was 25 years ago.
