How to tell if I have gyno?

    Hey guys,

I’ve been dealing with a small soft lump by my nipple for the last few weeks, and it’s tender to feel. However, it’s not directly under the nipple but, in fact, adjacent to it, by the medial part of the nipple. I don’t have it on the other side, and I don’t have “sensitive” nipples.

I’ve seen my Dr, and, naturally, he didn’t know what it was. So, I got an ultrasound, and nothing popped up on the scan.

My Dr, however, definitely feels a small lump, but he doesn’t think it’s gyno but just fatty tissue; he’s sending me to a general surgeon next week.

I’m going to order my own bloodwork as my doctor, for some god given reason, didn’t think it was needed as I got some 6 months ago.

Anyways, I’m sorry for the long post. My question, for you vets, is can gyno be adjacent to the nipple or not be detected by an ultrasound?

I’m just trying to determine if I need to start my ralox/nolva or if that would just, potentially, cause more issues.

    Thanks, everyone.

I once had a swollen lymph node in that area, but it was more just below the nipple and lateral. Went away on its own but was pretty sore for a few weeks. As suggested check out other info on the forum.

An old bro science test is to raise your hand above your head (like asking a question in school) and then feel around for the bump. If the bump flattens out/disappears with your hand up, then its probably not gyno. I have zero data to support this theory.

Try some nolva and see if it shrinks or goes away.

Bend a little towards front and Slap softly your chest upwards with ur fingers , if it hurts it’s gyno but most likely if you have gyno you will know .
