Puffy hands

Do any of you get puffy or swollen hands on cycle? I'm about 2 weeks into my weak ass cycle and I'm already getting swelling in my hands. It feels weird to make a fist, and if I stand, it gets worse.

I attribute this to high estrogen conversion, but I wonder if this will subside once the hormones stabilize? I've had it happen before but not this early on.

yet she has 10x the amount of estrogen as you do..

its NOT the estrogen , its the drug itself. water retention is an anabolic process and part of how AAS work. just get used to it and accept it

she may not have puffy hand now but ask her how puffy she feels when she has her period...

estrogen does make you retain water.

and FYI: women do not have 10x the estrogen levels as men

cool, I have higher estrogen levels then a woman. 600 ng/dl.. no wonder I have super powers

I’m not on any orals. Just a very low dose cycle:

Per week:

150 mg Test C

200 mg Deca

60 mg DHB

My estrogen was higher than the normal range even on just 125 mg a week of test where my total t was around 850. I have put on some fluff over the past couple of months with this pandemic.

I think it’s worse today because I took the shot yesterday, but it seems to get better after the first day.

I have no experience with DHB but from what I understand...
it does cause water retention.

I could easily be wrong.
Gearheaded will definietly know more than I do on DHB.

your estrogen isn't "higher then normal range".. the range on blood tests are for your 80 year old neighbor who has low testosterone .. those ranges do NOT apply to you

its probably unbelievable at this point anyhow. even though I'm not sure why, I feel I've lived a pretty simple life

I don’t think DHB is your culprit. It generally makes me look full and vascular at the same time. Never had any water issues with it.

The only downside of DHB is that wherever you pin it feels like it’s going to fall the fuck off your body for four days

Yeah I ran it at the end of my last cycle and liked it a lot. I was only running 150-200 mgs per week and still seeing results with a little test.

I had no problems with pip until I got another order of DHB, and the pip was so bad on the new stuff I said f it and just ended my cycle (would have ended it in a couple of weeks anyhow).

Now I’m running the same exact dhb, same bottle, and no pip again. I’m thinking I had a terrible shot the last time cause my shoulder doubled in size and was sore for over a week. Couldn’t lift my arm up.

I think gear may also be right about mineral retention. I already hold on to too much salt, and then I’ve been eating this Chinese hot and sour soup that’s full of salt.

Whatever it may be, it’s not a comfortable feeling having puffy hands. I feel it all over but more so in my hands.

Isnt test/deca ratio like 2:1 or 3:1 ?? I know 200mg aint too much but still gonna drain you out .

the whole "test deca ratio" thing is bro science bullshit.. there is no set ratio. it doesn't matter. the issue is that Deca is NOT androgenic and it converts to DHN, rather then DHT (DHN binds to DHT receptors but illicits no androgenic effects).
so you simply take some amount of Test to give you some amounts of estrogen and DHT ..
thats it. there is no "Ratio"...

you can run 300mg of Deca and be just fine with 150mg of test or you can run 1000mg of deca and be just fine with 150mg of test..
as long as your providing your body with some amount of DHT and estrogen, thats all that matters

GH a quick question, would you count women being good with estrogen effects naturally as they have experience with ridding a bigger estrogen dragon for years unlike men?

It's not necessarily you, GH. Sometimes, the process of posting pictures as attachments goes a little wonky. When it does I use postimage or another service like that and post the link to the image.
