Have a ton of support supplements and I'm trying to decided what is worth using and what's not. Here what I have:
Liver Support
TUDCA
NAC
Milk Thistle
Dandelion Root
Tumeric (high curcumin)
Hormone Support
DIM
Colloidal Zinc
Ashwagandha
Grape Seed
Tribulus
Pine Pollen
Would you use any of these on cycle? During PCT? Any reason not to use any of them?
Also use Melatonin for sleep support

Have Nolva, Clomid and Hcg but seriously considering cruising instead. Stockpiled a whole shitload of Dragon Test C on a killer product of the week sale. But I was more asking as a generalization for liver support for any methylated oral. Have read so much mixed info and there's such a huge lack of good studies that I'm really not sure what to think. I know NAC shows some promising things in treating acetaminophen caused liver injury, and that Milk Thistle has long been touted for liver health and protection. Just thought I'd see what you guys might know on the subject. Curious to know what others would use if any of them.Quote:

Great man this was the kind of feedback I was looking for. I'll stick with the NAC and milk thistle and look into getting some glutathione. I'll go ahead and save the Tudca for a heavier cycle/blast. Do you use them on cycle or post cycle?Quote:

if you were blasting 200mg of Anadrol per day and worried about liver issues, then injectible Glutathione is a good choice.
I'm in full agreement with you on the over exaggeration of the liver damage. I honestly probably dont need any of it for my Test/Dbol cycle but I have it and I figure if it doesnt cause any issues then I might as well use it for whatever health benefits it has.
