I personally do 4x, just because I use 14 different sites and prefer to keep injection sizes down for some of the smaller muscles.
2x is the generally recommended minimum (assuming Enanthate or Cypionate) to keep peaks and valleys to a minimum.

It’s personal preference. I inject propionate every day. I inject Cypionate and Enanthate every 3.5 days. Some people do it every other day. Some people do it once a week. Depends on how important stable hormone levels are to you. Peaks and valleys really mess with some guys. Others don’t notice it at all.

I would go with 2-3 times per week. Look into the pharmacokinetics of TEST CYP and ENAN and it will be easier to understand the reason behind using it more frequently.
