How far apart between cycles??

Finished 10wk cycle of Test enan 500mg and eq 400mg about a month ago with great gains with the only exception of a little bloat which is going away everyday.Currently on clen to burn some extra lbs.....

How soon before I can start again???

Thinking of EQ/prop and winny or tren /prop and winny..

10 weeks on 10 weeks off is a good base to go by... But then again, ideally with you're full recovered which would require bloodwork.

From what I have been told, and I know as soon as I finish mine I'm going to want to start, but if you had 10 weeks on you need (+/-) 10 weeks to recover. If you bridge, which is actually just making it 1 long cycle, then you can continue on. I'm not sure how long or what would be the best to bridge with. I know people who bridge with low doses of dbol . Up to you...

All I know is bro was running 10mg of dbol a day, I'm not sure for how long though.

Not sure if this is technically a bridge but I run Clen and Ephedrine. 2 weeks Clen 2 weeks ephedrine, so on. During my in between time.

The biggest guy I know does his cycle 5 wks on 2 wks off year round. Not sure how his insides are but he is one big mf. By the way he is rich and can afford that unlike myself.

primo sounds good.. 200mg's a week should be good enough right?? At least for a six weeks or so to last me to my next cycle??
