It seems to me that you have (when doing a research) to either just select one source of information and trust it, or come up with some sort of an average of what you read.


For example, this site http://www.getswole.com/ - “An average cycle usually last only 14 days, and shouldn't be exceeded longer than this.”

However, this one http://anabolicreview.com/drugprofiles.php?id=12 “This is incorrect. Clinical studies with male patients have shown clomid to be used for up to a year or longer.”

And there’s a bunch of resources who have opinions in between the 2 extremes. Some say you must continue taking for at least 3 weeks, some say longer.

Some say it should be an equal dose of approx. 50 mg day – however, most of them (about 7 out of 10) suggest to start with 100 mg, then reduce to 50 mg / day.


Regarding the side effects. It seems to me most of the websites copied and pasted this portion from the same information source. Here it is:

Possible side effects are climacteric hot flashes and occasional visual disturbances which can manifest themselves in blurred vision, giving flickering or flashing. Should visual disturbances occur, the manufacturer recommends discontinuing Clomid treatment.

It all depends on what you ran how long it will take to get you back up. This is just a guide I use it could take you longer to get back up and running again.

You can take clomid for a month or longer... if you get visual disturbances stop and switch to nolvadex though.

Clen while using clomid is actually a good thing as clen is somewhat anti-catabolic and will help you in that way post cycle.

clen in your post cycle is fine...just keep your cals up high and youll still shed some bf, and keep your gains...you will come into problems if you let your diet fall to shit.
