Just wanted to make sure I was lined up with the correct needle size for delts. Age is 43, 6'1", and 235lbs. Historically Ive gone 1" and 23g for my delts, but its been a while so I just wanted to make sure. Thanks!

I personally would use a 5/8" up to a 1" and a 25G.

You can use as small as a gauge needle as you want but a 3ml syringe with a 30G needle is going to be tough to push thru.
The larger the syringe and the bigger the gauge the harder it is to inject.

I should also mention that I am very lean, if I had more chunk to me i would definitely go 1". I think i could easily use 1/2" and get it into the delt but I prefer it goes a little deeper into the muscle.
