Dr John Crisler on using Calcium D Glucarate to lower Oestrogen

Dr John Crisler a world renowned expert on TRT who has also written books on the topic ... insists on using Calcium D Glucarate for lowering Oestrogen. I am going to try it 1000mg a day after seeing it and hearing it can help.
Has anyone else tried this or simply your thoughts on it? https://www.peaktestosterone.com/for...?topic=11826.0

Dr John was mostly referring to TRT and keeping numbers in range for that application. You want to keep you e in check and in line with your T in this case. At any rate, I don't think calcium comes anywhere close to a pharma ai, but that isn't the application here.

This should probably be in the TRT section, BTW.

Hey mate. So my Serum oestradiol level = 165 pmol/L (50.00 - 218.oopmol/L), which a lot of people have said is slightly high.

I'm also starting Clomid (prescribed by my TRT specialist) next week 25mg every 2 days. So I thought it would be good to try and lower it? Or am I approaching it wrong?
