    Question Veins in feet

    Has anyone else noticed or experienced the veins in the feet more Prevalent on cycle?

    All veins are more present everywhere. The blood volume increases, you hold more water, etc. If your ankles start swelling, then drop your dose.

    Thanks for the input, I figured as much but wanted to see where on your body do you think you started seeing veins. Maybe that’s how I should have worded the original post

    Calves, feet, forearms, hands and front delts are my most prominent areas. Makes sense when you consider the size of said veins, and the leanness of those areas in most, compared to the rest of the body.
    Once my abdominal and thigh veins are more exposed, I know that I’m on the right track with composition.

    Part of this is caused by the increased andrenergic activation on the vascular system.
