Hi there, i've done dbol only cycle (mistake) and gained a good amount of it xd
now im about to take testosterone e 2x250mg weekly for 10weeks
and wanna go for var , now for var i have 100 tabs im thinking of taking it 4 weeks x 40mg
1-10w - test e x 250mg
6-10w - var x 40mg
or i should go for var in the begining of cycle but egh its not dbol?
protein source: chicken, beef, eggs, cottage cheese, fish
carbs: oats, rice, potato, pasta, after training gonna take dextrose with whey
fats: i can have a lot of yoghurts and milk, nuts, chia seeds, peanut butter
gonna target 2.5g x 75kg (my weight) for protein intake
will try to rotate carbs ( if its good idea while oncycle)
also will go for 2800-3000kcals daily
for pct i'm not planing for anything and not gonna take anything, after cycle i just gonna take good vitamins and minerals and gonna add test booster and if needed i will have on hands tamoxifen and clomiphene *if needed*
water intake will be 5-6 liters per day
current form - 75kg
anything to add/improve/change?
