test e + var cycle
Hi there, i've done dbol only cycle (mistake) and gained a good amount of it xd
now im about to take testosterone e 2x250mg weekly for 10weeks
and wanna go for var , now for var i have 100 tabs im thinking of taking it 4 weeks x 40mg
1-10w - test e x 250mg
6-10w - var x 40mg
or i should go for var in the begining of cycle but egh its not dbol?
protein source: chicken, beef, eggs, cottage cheese, fish
carbs: oats, rice, potato, pasta, after training gonna take dextrose with whey
fats: i can have a lot of yoghurts and milk, nuts, chia seeds, peanut butter
gonna target 2.5g x 75kg (my weight) for protein intake
will try to rotate carbs ( if its good idea while oncycle)
also will go for 2800-3000kcals daily
for pct i'm not planing for anything and not gonna take anything, after cycle i just gonna take good vitamins and minerals and gonna add test booster and if needed i will have on hands tamoxifen and clomiphene *if needed*
water intake will be 5-6 liters per day
current form - 75kg
anything to add/improve/change?

If it’s me...I’d aim for 18 calories per pound of body weight. 40/40/20 spilt. Carbs, proteins, fats.
Then I’d eat some humble pie for dessert and read some more.
I’d run the enth for 12 weeks and read up more on PCT in the stickies here.

165pounds x 18kcal = 2970, its 3k kcals im aiming for it bro..
dunno what humble pie is im far far away from ur country xd, and it looks sarcasm to me that line tbh
egh 10weeks is enough its my second cycle however
after the dbol only cycle i took clomiphene, i had some real low t or idk what was that, i didnt get labs done for my hormone but ffs pain in the legs was really pain in the *ss
so i asked some guys here, they said in our country its bad to take tamoxifen and clomiphene until the cycle is heavy, i told them what im plaining to do for my next cycle and they said u dont need tamox and clomid, ur good to go with good diet, vitamins and minerals and testo booster..
what i have to improve, more

You’ve asked 3 times in 3 threads over the last 2 years basically the same questions Are you listening to anyone or doing some research on your own? What gives?

3 times in 3 threads was when i wasnt ready i mean i didnt have any gear in hands, now i got var and gonna get test e these days..
also i asked in other threads about dbol .. now i decided to run the cycle and bought var gonna go for test and it will begin
tbh i was doing research and opinion of others to see what it is
on other forums i posted they said my nutrition is bad,wdyt?

idk i can take anything as example from u guys )
maybe my bf % is not enough down to be taken var with test idk, i cant find ephedrine in my country (( to do a eca stack before the cycle or i should go for priming?

agree with above^^^^.
love that u have waited. however ur body is still soft. u need to fine tune ur diet, please spend time learning how to eat to grow.
spend as much time training.
ur pic shows u do not do enough of either.
please dont take this as harsh, i want u to get the best and be safe for ur first real run. you still have much to learn and much to gain naturally.
