Critique this cycle, please.
Been on cycle for two weeks and I want to put all the details up for critique by the circle of knowledge!
I’ve cycled many times. Every cycle is a learning experiment and this time is not different.
I’m 43, male, 179 cm tall, 101.0 kilos, 19% body fat today. Zero alcohol or drugs, don’t smoke. My addiction is black coffee.
Injectables (Tren A, mast & test P) are 4x per week:
Sunday evening, Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening and finally Friday evening.
Weekly totals are:
Tren acetate 400mg
Masteron 400mg
Test propionate 600mg
I train at the gym five days per week, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday I do HIIT jump rope (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, between 45 and 60 sets).
My goals are:
13% body fat (no specific weight goal).
Muscular is fine, but I’m not looking for “big”. I play American football (tight end) and need to be quick.
Gym looks like:
Monday - Chest & Biceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back & Triceps
Thursday - Shoulders & Biceps
Friday - Chest & Triceps
Saturday & Sunday - HIIT jump rope (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, between 45 and 60 sets).
I sleep around 10:30 PM, wake up at 6:00 AM.
Breakfast at 7:00 AM. At the gym at 8:00 AM. Training averages 90 minutes.
Supplement & training schedule:
Sunday morning:
6 AM - Winstrol 25mg, atorvastatin 10mg, losartan 50mg, liothyronine 25mcg. Taken with coffee on empty stomach.
8 AM - Anavar 20mg, Proviron 25mg, anadrine 25mg, milk thistle extract 250mg, ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg. Taken with coffee & breakfast.
10 AM - HIIT jump rope (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, between 45 and 60 sets).
After HIIT - anadrine 25mg
With lunch - doxycycline 50mg (control cystic acne)
Sunday evening:
6 PM - Winstrol 25mg, liothyronine 25 mcg. Taken with coffee on empty stomach.
7 PM - Trenbolone acetate 100mg, masteron 100mg, testosterone propionate 150mg
8 PM - Anavar 20mg, Proviron 25mg, milk thistle extract 250mg, ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg. Taken with coffee & food.
9 PM - Magnesium glycinate 400mg (seems to improve sleep and reduce sweating caused by tren)
Monday morning:
6 AM - Atorvastatin 10mg, losartan 50mg, liothyronine 25mcg. Taken with coffee on empty stomach.
7 AM - Anavar 20mg, Proviron 25mg, anadrine 25mg, milk thistle extract 250mg, ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg. Taken with coffee & breakfast.
7:45 AM - Winstrol 25mg
8 AM - Gym (chest & biceps)
Protein shake at end of workout - water, 100ml milk, 30 grams whey protein, 125ml egg whites, 2,000mg omega-3, 8 grams dextrose.
11 AM - Anadrine 25mg
With lunch - doxycycline 50mg
Monday evening:
6 PM - Liothyronine 25mcg, Winstrol 25mg (on empty stomach).
8 PM - Anavar 20mg, Proviron 25mg, milk thistle extract 250mg, ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg. Taken with food.
9 PM - Magnesium glycinate 400mg.
Tuesday morning:

How to manage cortisol
Insulin as a technique to lower body fat (possible use before fasted HIIT ?)
Thinking about adding a ~36-hour fast from Saturday evening to Monday morning.

I quickly went through each day. It looks like tren and mast only 2x week.
If you lay it out how much and frequency by week, it makes it easier to see exactly what you are taking and when.
IMO you gave us the least important info.. You gave us the drugs but no diet or cardio. You want the drugs to compliment your diet/cardio and workout, not the other way around.
I am going to refrain from commenting on the cycle at this time however I did notice that you had meds in there. Are they Dr prescribed and for what? Also, I have heard that milk thistle on cycle effects the effectiveness of the drugs. I have never seen any studies however I only use it off cycle.

Fixed some errors & added weekly injectable totals.

Cardio is twice per week, in the form of HIIT jump rope on Saturday & Sunday.
There are two meds - one is losartan for blood pressure and the other is atorvastatin for cholesterol, both doctor prescribed.

HGH - yes, I normally run 6 IU daily HGH ... 3 IU in the morning and 3 IU afternoon.
I get Norditropin 15mg pens from the local pharmacy. But for some inexplicable reason, there is a Norditropin shortage, I haven’t been able to find a single pen for the last two months.

Also, I notice that you take Anadrine, both at the same time as some of the AAS and solo. What does that bring to the table? I'm just curious, as I imagine that from a performance enhancing aspect, the AAS would have it covered.Last edited by twmcm; 08-09-2020 at 08:49 AM.

Just ordered NAC, thanks!
I have MK677 but it caused considerable appetite issues. I’ll wait a little longer and hope to score some HGH one way or another.
Never tried Mod-GRF 1-29 and no idea where to get legit supply.
Re cardio: everything is offseason now because the entire 2020 season got canceled for COVID
But good point, I need to add some post-workout cardio, at least a little here and there.

In fact, gyms are closed and outdoor training (in public) is still prohibited by the police and frowned upon by people in general.
Luckily, I found a full gym that will let me and my trainer workout alone.

And and ... there’s more. The 2020 football season was canceled. Not only that, the league prohibited any sort of team-backed training. So it’s everyone doing their own thing until January, at the earliest.

NAC at about 1800 daily. HGH May store water on you. There is also frag 191 and SR9009 . I am throwing it out there for your education, not necessarily for your cycle.
You didn’t list winstrol the second time. Are you taking it?
I also agree that you need more cardio. You are trying to lose body fat so you need to burn more.

Yes, I notice my little summary has a few errors.
I take winstrol 25mg morning and 25mg evening, every day.
Water retention is a side I get with HGH, and frag 191 seems to be a good alternative to have the benefits without the water retention. I’ll have to look around for a source, since I don’t have one now.

I’m not saying that you need it. With what you are taking, cardio, and a good diet. You will get there.
You also were taking 50 mcg of T3 in the original.. I think.
That was the reason I asked about the meds. If you were taking them for afib then the T3 is a little risky. I do not recommend going above 50.

I’m taking T3 25mcg morning & 25mcg evening, every day.
Plan is to drop winstrol around week 6, thusly reducing liver impact.
