Been on cycle for two weeks and I want to put all the details up for critique by the circle of knowledge!
I’ve cycled many times. Every cycle is a learning experiment and this time is not different.
I’m 43, male, 179 cm tall, 101.0 kilos, 19% body fat today. Zero alcohol or drugs, don’t smoke. My addiction is black coffee.
Injectables (Tren A, mast & test P) are 4x per week:
Sunday evening, Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening and finally Friday evening.
Weekly totals are:
Tren acetate 400mg
Masteron 400mg
Test propionate 600mg
I train at the gym five days per week, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday I do HIIT jump rope (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, between 45 and 60 sets).
My goals are:
13% body fat (no specific weight goal).
Muscular is fine, but I’m not looking for “big”. I play American football (tight end) and need to be quick.
Gym looks like:
Monday - Chest & Biceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back & Triceps
Thursday - Shoulders & Biceps
Friday - Chest & Triceps
Saturday & Sunday - HIIT jump rope (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, between 45 and 60 sets).
I sleep around 10:30 PM, wake up at 6:00 AM.
Breakfast at 7:00 AM. At the gym at 8:00 AM. Training averages 90 minutes.

6 AM - Winstrol 25mg, atorvastatin 10mg, losartan 50mg, liothyronine 25mcg. Taken with coffee on empty stomach.
8 AM - Anavar 20mg, Proviron 25mg, anadrine 25mg, milk thistle extract 250mg, ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg. Taken with coffee & breakfast.
10 AM - HIIT jump rope (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, between 45 and 60 sets).
After HIIT - anadrine 25mg
With lunch - doxycycline 50mg (control cystic acne)
Sunday evening:
6 PM - Winstrol 25mg, liothyronine 25 mcg. Taken with coffee on empty stomach.
7 PM - Trenbolone acetate 100mg, masteron 100mg, testosterone propionate 150mg
8 PM - Anavar 20mg, Proviron 25mg, milk thistle extract 250mg, ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg. Taken with coffee & food.
9 PM - Magnesium glycinate 400mg (seems to improve sleep and reduce sweating caused by tren)
Monday morning:
6 AM - Atorvastatin 10mg, losartan 50mg, liothyronine 25mcg. Taken with coffee on empty stomach.
7 AM - Anavar 20mg, Proviron 25mg, anadrine 25mg, milk thistle extract 250mg, ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg. Taken with coffee & breakfast.

Protein shake at end of workout - water, 100ml milk, 30 grams whey protein, 125ml egg whites, 2,000mg omega-3, 8 grams dextrose.

6 PM - Liothyronine 25mcg, Winstrol 25mg (on empty stomach).
