    Cruise without the blast?

    Hello all!

I was wondering about somw of your guys experiences with running low dose Teso, for the long.

I just took my second shot. Im going to use 75mg test E, twice a week.

I have been doing a lot of reading about low T, it seems lile i have the symptoms..
The other side of it, i wanted to have more energy and bulk up at the gym.

How long have you guys run test for?

I understand that this is forever.. Im happy with this, as i have lived with the alternative for the last 10+ years.

38 now... Was probs 28 when i realized that i wasn't feeling how i wanted to.
Have been going to thw gym for around 5 - 6 years now

I have posted in a lot of TRT forums.
Everyone there has insisted its essential to get a trt dr and to get my bloods done.

TRT dr isnt really an option.. Im in Germany ( not german speaker ) i also think they will just say no...
If im honest i have wanted / been curious to get on in since i firat hit the gym.

I will get my blood work done in 3 months.. Il post results here... I have an appointment with a urologist.. Im sure they will say to stop what im doing.

Did a saliva test before my first shot.
    The parameters were 10 - 230 pg/ml
    I had a free test level of 68 pg/ml.

    Cheers!!!

In the states our numbers go by ng/dL, not pg/mL. I can only say what I experienced. I wasn't low enough to get doctor prescribed hormone replacement therapy. The normal range here is around 250-1000. I was at 470. I can tell you that once I started, I felt less depressed and more energetic. I have run about 5 cycles since I started 2 years ago at age 32. Looking at pics from before, I can definitely tell my stomach has shrunk more and my shoulders/chest/arms are fuller. That is not just because I started TRT, but because I have been much more consistent with my workouts and diet. But hormones also play a part in how we treat our bodies. Because I take hormone replacement and I have to make the weekly commitment to inject testosterone and HCG , in some ways that keeps me on a consistent schedule with my workouts as well. It keeps me mindful of the fact that I should be working out and eating healthy. Lifting/bodybuilding has always been my passion, and so, knowing I have consistently high hormone levels helps me mentally focus on the rest. Before, I used to always wonder and worry about how my testosterone levels are doing. I would be researching what supplements I can take to boost it, etc. Now I know they are where I would like them to be. This doesn't mean it's healthy or that I'm better off in the long run. I have been told by an endocrinologist to get off all testosterone and try to regain my own levels back because even TRT doses are unhealthy in the long run. I can't predict the future, and I don't expect to live forever, but I love feeling like a man. I love my girls telling me I'm so manly, and I was always like that before the age 27. It's what I'm used to; I wasn't ready to give that up at age 32 and be an average Joe for the rest of my life.

Mate thats a really heart felt response.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

A lot of that really clicked for me. Something about having a routine and structure to life / working out..

Also got a baby coming in February.. I want to have energy and the ability to function. I have had depression for years, im hoping that this will also get better with time.

    Cheers!

    Hey Noob_monkey

I'm also in Germany, I've gone to several GP's, Uro's, and 2 Endo's, I am borderline hypogonad and hypo FSH, but none of them have been willing to help me. GP's just say "You have to go to a specialist", Uro's and Endo's say "You're too young to go on TRT, and the side effects are too much for you to deal with".

It was the same in Canada, I'm so envious of the states for their TRT clinics honestly. I'm also just about to start my own TRT using TestE, 100mg every 3.5 days, I've found a GP that's willing to work with me on the side effects of taking TestE as long as I pay for my own bloods out of pocket, so that at the least, is possible here.

How do you feel? Using https://www.steroidplotter.com/ I can see that you should just now be at about 75% of your upper concentration of testosterone , how is your energy and mood?

    Hiya!

Today my nipples have felt sensitive in my shirt.
Also today is the first time i have really noticed other women in a long time!!!
I met my girlfriend for breakfast and she was with her friend... I almost didn't recognize myself, i was fantasizing away about her mate 😂.

Im glad that your found someone that is able to help!
I booked an appointment with a urologist in 3 months. Il explain the situation.. Hopefully i can go down the same road as you and just pay out of pocket

Glad to hear about the interest, sounds like it's gonna be a good ride for you.

Best part of where I am in Germany, theres a million Doctors and practically 0 wait times. If your Uro won't play ball, just go to a new GP, get a new referal, and go to another Uro, hopefully you'll find one that helps you out.

My 2 cents. If you are looking for quality of life then 150 is way too much weekly. Your actual number will be closer to 90 a week and the addition of HGH at 2 IU four times a week will get you very close to where you want to be. The only reason I posted is to say the sides @150 are real. You will need to watch your hemocrit at that dose which will impact your daily wellness (Shortness of breath and spikes in blood pressure). I know it feels great now but help yourself out and get down closer to 100 a week or so.

Test E spikes on day 3 and that is when I usually pin. 7 years HRT and going strong.

    Hiya.

    Ok will do.

Initially it was going to be 125mg.. But for whatever reason i went up a bit.

My nipples are a bit itchy today..
My understanding is that this is quite normal and not gyno?

    Cheers

Stay away from the nipples - it’s 80% in your head

It’s kinda what I’m on now - it’s like enhanced trt, I run a minimum of 200mg of UGL test a week

I’m close to being on for a decade - as far as roid related probs, nearly all were from serious abuse

I had low test also, way back about 15 years ago - total test of 360 or so. I knew nothing about roids or hormones - I had no energy & 1/2 limp dick at 25 - no one thought it was important to inform me that my test numbers were of a 65 year old

As soon as I got on, it was life changing to stay the least

I’m done with heavy cycles, most I blast now is low doses of deca or throw in low dose daily Var

Otherwise - I just stay on 200-250mg a week of test

You rekon its a safe bet to stay on the 150ml test E then.
It works out a bit more as its every 3 days, so more lile 180ml per week.

I have booked in to get bloods done in November. So i can stay on what im on now and then see the results.

Having a sex drive back is something i had never imagined..
Literally noticing someone on the street and then feeling my body respond..

    Girlfriend seems pretty happy also!

Usually TRT is about 150mg per week - from what I know

All the gear I use is UGL - so, I always expect a little off calibration

I doubt much can be noticed between let’s say 150-200 weekly

    Oh yeah,

    It's "normal"

It gets way worse with different compounds & doses

Thanks for taking the timw to reply!

Its really interesting seeing certain changes.

I have always had big puffy nipples, since puberty. They now seem to be calming down a bit.
