    Muscular Endurance. A How To. My cycle: Tren E + Test C

    My muscular endurance went to shit. i'm so tight. what's going on? I just took (2) days off.

    week / 500mg Test C
    week / 400mg Tren E

    What's off? i have been missing out on veggies and potassium for the last week and a half. could that have something to do with it, or is it normal? I've noticed getting recommended potassium intake really helps me personally. And i feel better when i'm eating my veggies.

    Have you run tren before?

    Thatís just Tren . It does fantastic things for max strength output, but has a nasty habit of kicking the shit out of volume capacity. The tightness, cramps, etc. are just par for the course.
    Iíd honestly not be shocked if it turned out that the constantly upregulated tissue activation has a lot to do with why itís so useful for strength. Iíve never met a powerlifter who could move anything worth mentioning who didnít move like a board most of the time.

    I've ran it before, but never like at this dose. I feel normal'ish. I'm a month in and this just started.

    another question: i'm taking exemestane and i'm not experiencing issues that would require prami, or caber. this ok? and should i be taking 12.5 mg per day? or EOD?

    EPO. isn't that what Armstrong used? i'm not trying to use that RN. I think i'd need to cut all the fat first. lol. i'm fattening up and nearing the heaviest weight I've ever been. i look nothing like my avatar anymore.

    Is your goal a cut?

    I’ll share my successes with tren . It’s simple...I let it be the workhorse and drop test into the therapeutic range. I run tren at about double the dose I run test. My sweet spot is tren at 450/500 and test around 250. I also run mast at 400. I’m a fan of long esters but same principles apply for short acting.

    I can eat like garbage on tren and still recomp. Proper nutrition certainly helps and nutrient partitioning. Carb timing is huge too. I need them on tren, if I eat them before bed though, I sweat like a pig and toss and turn.
