What to add to my cruise dose to spice it up!

So finished a short 8 week cycle and going back to cruise dose. Usually cruise on test c at 175mg to 250 mgs.

My last cycle I dropped fat and hardened up pretty nicely so want to continue that look during cruise if possible. I know diet places a huge roll but see a lot of guys adding stuff to their cruise dose so want to give it a shot

Was interested in mast but mast ruins my hair so not sure of that would still happen at low doses?

Only other thing I've run with cruise dose has been cialis for pumps haha.

Interested to see what else you guys recommend

The reason for a cruise is to get the body healthy again.
Therefore test should be a real TRT dose with no additional AAS involved IMO.

Now yes... plenty cruise with test and deca or test and primo but I would monitor bloodwork if going that route.

True true. Usually cruise at 250 mg a week pin 125 mon and Thurs. I think that's even a bit high. What would be a good protocol to maintain stable levels

Biggest concern is keeping bloat down during cruise while maintaining somewhat vascular

Well, anything you add on top of your cruise will cause some bloat because the more testosterone you have, the more it converts to estrogen. Besides that, it's all diet related. Steroids promote mineral retention, which in turn promotes water retention. Homeostasis has to be maintained, so if you're retaining extra salt, for example, the body will also hold more water to keep the balance. So... eat less salt and processed foods (which are usually all salty). Eat clean and you may be able to get away with a higher TRT dose. Other than that, you can play with 50-100 mg deca or whatever, and run some blood work like Dog mentioned.

How about just a simple fat burner to the cruise dose. Never tried one or are they all just bull sh**

Nah man, fat burners are poison imo. Pro hormones are poison.

You're not competing so it's no rush. I'd rather learn good eating habits through discipline than a quick fix that will hurt your heart/liver/etc.

Def agree - ph are all garbage

Fat burners - EC stack, I never required more


Now to think about it - I tried phentermine once, second day - I had a brain bleed(just recently found that out)

Thanks bud. Just came off a var cycle so taking a break from that and prov makes me she'd like crazy

Like Samson said.....Proviron 25mg 2-3 times a day is amazing.

Love proviron myself, I just can’t run it due to my bitch tits - even after being removed, even 20-25mg per day makes that shit flare up

I don't know what your labs look like, but unless your SHBG is sky high and free T low, I see no good reason (from a health standpoint) to run your test over 200/wk. I be willing to bet your test is superphysiologic on that trt dose.

That being said, You could drop your test down a bit and throw in low dose var at like 5mg BID. Var will saturate SHBG due to its high affinity. This will let you get away with smaller doses of test while increasing free T. You'll feel better with more bioavailable testosterone while reducing sides and decreasing long term health consequences associated with year round superphysiologic test. And 5mg 2x BID of var is unlikely to have serious adverse effects on your liver.

You could do the same with proviron or mast, but it seems you've got some hair issues you don't want to deal with.

You could try to throw in some deca but I would drop your test a bit. 250/wk of test plus deca is in no way a cruise. Whatever you do, get bloods to confirm that everything is within range. Like others have said, a cruise is meant to give your body a break. You need to do that.
