Soft Tissue Damage
Hey there everyone, I hyperextended my elbow at work about a 1.5 months ago, and the physiotherapist said that it is accute soft tissue damage in my left bicep, I have been going to physio every for the last month and a half. Yesterday I got the go aheadto go back to the gym.
I was wondering if I run a mild cycle of propionate for a couple of weeks 100mg EOD if that would help speed the healing? Has anyone ever tried this and if so how did it work out?

Oh yeah I almost forgot, I am not going to be lifting heavy, remember I am trying to heal this I am not doing this to get bigger. Just light weights lots of reps.
