    Question before a blast

So been cruising for awhile blood tests r good except
    Hct is 54.4
Hb and rbc r high but on range
Plt r good middle range even less

Next blood donation is in a month (oct 24)
Should i wait and donate or start blasting?
    Need experts advice here

What is your concern here? Is it the effect your blood may have on others who use your donated blood? That is a moral question imo.

Given your increased blood volume donating is not going to hurt you much unless you are competing professionally and have some must-reach goals.

With that said, I would suggest you wait as you will have "more to lose" once you start blasting and effects may therefore be more pronounced. Also extending your cruising time should not have much of an impact.

I am no expert. Just my 2 cents.

    Thanks for reading.

You need to donate asap if they will even accept it. Thats too high, you may have to have a phlebotomist drain some off you. No point in blasting imho

They generally do, yes. Where are you located?

Hahah, you should be good to go before too long. Under 50 is ideal

Well first and foremost, are you feeling lethargic? Headaches? Unusual joint pain? Dizzyness? Sweating a lot (more than usual)? Hard to catch your breath?

And when you took the blood test, did you drink plenty of water prior?

I think before you make a decision to do anything, you should definitely get retested. And make sure you had plenty of water before.
