Ok so i ve read on the forums and saw a couple of videos where a lot of ppl say to not take AI if you dont have bad side effects on cycle. But what do you do if you have, upon following the video below i think using 20mg nova every day while cycle continuing to PCT is the way to go. Any thoughts?

It depends on your goal and priority. You want to build your brain fast "mental enhancement", read books and take nootropics.

You want to build your physique fast, lift weights and take aas.

Also, posting a long video is a good way to not get any responses. That's a big commitment. Edit your post and summarize the take home points so people dont have to watch a 20m video to know what you are talking about/asking.
