    BW at week4

    Hi Guys

Below is my 3rd cycle plan.
    - Week 1 to 10: Deca 150 mg every 3.5 days (300mg/week total)
    - Week 1 to 10: Test E 300 mg every 3.5 days (600mg/week total)
    - Week 1 to 10: Primobolane 300 mg every 3.5 days (600mg/week total)
    - Week 1 to 10: hCG 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
    - Week 1 to 10: Arimidex 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

    supplement
    Multivitamin 1 capsule daily
    Fish oil 1 capsule daily
    NAC 600mg daily

I did blood work before one week of my cycle.
    Everything is good.
Last week was week4 of my cycle, and I did my blood work again.
I found my Creatinine increased to 1.3 from 1.0.
And my ALT increased to 66 from 43.

Now I am not sure If I stop my supplement or lower dosage of gears.
    Anyone has similar experience?
    Any advice would be appreciated.

ALT is fine, I've heard lots of guys say that you can be at 80 almost indefinitely and have no problems, it's when you're approaching 120 that you should start to get it under control. You could add TUDCA if you really want to be sure but you are probably fine.

Creatinine on the other hand is a different story. Don't fuck around with your kidneys. Increase water intake, take an additional B-complex vitamin, and high dose vitamin C, and a daily Vitamin E in an amount less than 400iu (you don't want to go over 400iu with Vitamin E it's dangerous for several reasons). Vitamin E is also good to prevent blood clotting which is a major concern on gear.

ALT/AST and creatinine values are always going to be skewed with guys that body build and carry higher levels of muscle mass. The body is continuously breaking down proteins and it shows in the blood and kidney function. What you want to watch for is your Cystatin numbers and ensure they are lower than creatinine...this shows that the kidneys are functioning and doing their job of filtering the elevated proteins in the body.
Also important to watch your albumin to creatinine ratio. (Less than 30 is a good sign)
    DustMan and MaxiMyME like this.
