Probably TMI and not interesting enough for a reply but is a plan for a cut/bulk in a single cycle better than a recomp.

So for stats I'm 5'7 at 176lbs and 18% bf using US Navy measurements, visually only top two abs visible.Have been training for around 3-4 years sensibly with a few bulk and cut cycles.

First AAS cycle,
Test 400mg /week x16weeks
Armidex 0.25mg /week x16 weeks
HCG 250iu 2x week from week 5-16
2 week off then PCT
Tamoxifen 25/25/12.5/12.5
Clomid 40/40/20/20

Now the plan is to instead of running at maintenance for recomp, will be to cut for 4 weeks as the test kicks in and then lean bulk for rest of the cycle. I will be cutting at approx 500-750 deficit.

Would this be better than the traditional recomp of a few extra calories on training days and deficits off? I have no problem tracking calories so if this is more efficient than I can change.

I will probably never be able to all-out bulk as I cannot have any suspicions of AAS. I'm not too fussed about maximizing my cycle as this is more a test of if I can handle any emotional and physical sides.
