    when sus kicks in?

    I was wondering low long before you start seeing quality muscle results from sus 250. I have been on it for about 4 weeks my weight hasnt gone up a shitload but my strength has started to go up

    From what I've read, fourth week. Just like hellapimp, and bdtr said. Strength goes up first like a mother brother then weight gains.
