Cycle Help

Hello, first I have run many cycles over the past 20 years but I’m in a career now to where I want to be big but don’t want to grow to fast to where people can tell. I also would like something that is not going to put water weight on me. I still want to stay lean. Any suggestions would be great

Stats dude?
Weight, height, body fat percentage, last cycle etc.

6’0 - 220
BMI unknown
Last cycle was test c and Var to cut down. Just finished 8 weeks and want to start bulking up in January

I was going to say start again at the beginning with the beginner cycle of 500mg of test per week, but maybe you are more advanced than that.

What doses was the last cycle per week?

100mg Var Daily
250mg Test C per week

Get enough sleep, stay and eat ehalthy (green foods, I suggest) and start walking.

Really you should run a beginner cycle of test E 500mg per week instead of the trt dose you just finished.

Jupp. 250 test e and LGD 25 mg and mk677 at 25 mg every evening.
No water and it will not be obvious ur on, yet, 10 pounds of muscles in 3 months could be a resoult.

Sil- you will not gain 10 lbs of muscle in 3 months. Especially not on 250 test. You will gain weight but not just muscle.
It took me a year of dedication and heavy cycles to gain 10 lbs of stage weight.
You will gain weight with MK- I usually gain 15-20 lbs.

Not unusual to gain 10 pounds from a 3 months LGD cycle for a dude with fresh receptors. Since there is no extra water, its basictly muscles.
The Key here is receptors. U and i will not gain 5 pounds from 600 test. Cause we re old and burned.
But this fresh youngster, hell yes.

In other terms if u suck a Virgin ass, and cant get a hard on, its because.... Eh..whatever...
