Signs of good gear?
I’m new to the forum so apologize if anything is incorrect on how something is worded. I have a friend who has done a cycle before, and he gained 20 pounds, looked more vascular, stronger, etc . Successful cycle. Only true sides were probably acne and emotions were a little off (took Deca , which he was told causes this). 2nd cycle around, no Deca this time, but still on test and this time EQ for now and looking to add NPP for bulking.
The question is.. this time there is no acne or sides at all. He doesn’t feel or look as big as last Cycle, but he also admits his eating hasn’t been a consistent every 2-3 hours as informed to do due to work schedule. But he definitely still feels strength increases and gained weight. So is the fact there is no acne or other sides a sign that the gear is weaker, or is it just better quality the fact there is no acne or sides. Basically, is good gear/acne directly proportional or if you got acne the first time but not second time around the sign one set of gear is better than the other?

EQ and deca are two different compounds with potential for different side effects. I got acne on EQ, but not as bad as test and deca. After running EQ a few times, I can’t say it’s worth it for me. Gains are minimal and my RBCs skyrocket. I feel tired all the time on EQ. I have one more bottle I will try and incorporate in a cycle, but after that I’m done with EQ.

I feel you, I think every compound reacts differently with certain people. I’ve heard tons of people say they love EQ.. I just started it and it’s longer acting, so I’ll have more updates in about 2-3 weeks. I have always used test E with any cycle. So only difference with this cycle is no Deca . So apparently Test E doesn’t give me acne but Deca does. I can’t remember how long I took test E by itself and if I got acne on it when I was taking it alone.
I just wasn’t sure if let’s say you take Test E for 13 weeks and get acne, but then next cycle take Test E again just a different brand for 13 weeks and get no acne... if that in itself means anything as far as the quality of the gear goes. Going to try NPP cause I’ve read people tolerate it better than Deca for some reason due to the shorter ester. Idk if that’s bro science or if the shorter esters are more easily tolerable. Guess we’ll see.
And to the other poster, I’ve always been a super horny guy so that doesn’t help me much hahaha

The first thing I have felt with EQ was an increase in stamina in the gym, shortly followed by an increase in pump/vascularity. That turns into lethargy and heavyness in the limbs after 2 months for me.
Did anything else change between the two cycles you took? Dosing schedule, ancillaries, etc? They say EQ has estrogen lowering properties. Some guys on here even put up bloodwork that showed their E2 almost crashed on 700 mg EQ with test and no SERMs/AIs.

Nothing changed except the seller I got the gear from. I took mast alone with Test E also just to see what steroids I tolerate and what ones I don’t if any. I had no sides with Test/Mast combination either. So test alone this cycle — no sides. Test and mast this cycle — no sides. Test alone last cycle (different distributor) -- can’t remember if I had any sides. Acne possibly. Test and Deca last cycle — acne and emotional. Dosages of test haven’t changed. I’m actually taking 500mg weekly this time instead of 400 like last time.
Also I’ve always been on a shot per every 3 1/2 days schedule. Always make sure I get 2 shots per week with the enanthate ester and scheduled equally apart. Took the Mast E and Eq mixed with test. Same goes for when I took Deca. But heck I’m not complaining that I have no sides this time around. I hated the acne, I guess I just wondered if that meant the gear was better or worse having no acne.
Also diet is basically the same. I basically live off eggs, chipotle, steak, chicken, kodiak protein waffles, cream of wheat, oats, bananas, strawberries, potatoes, and pork loin.

Oh and jasmine and brown rice haha can’t leave out those little Uncle Ben packages of rice. Those things are so handy haha and they actually taste good.

Shoot keep forgetting to respond to everything.. another thing you asked is if I’ve changed any ancillaries or Estrogen blockers. Have yet to have any gyno issues, ED, etc. so no need to take them. Truly my only sides were the first cycle and that was only acne and emotions were out of whack.

I eat pretty much the same shit, including the kodiak protein pancakes, chipotle, bananas, oats, jasmine rice, pork, etc.
I didn't feel any emotional sides with test and deca, but I was running .25 mg of Adex with my injections. If my estrogen is out of whack, I start getting mood problems. I never had any gyno issues either, but I did notice more water retention and mood issues when my E2 was off.
You alternating morning and night time pins for the 3.5 day schedule? I did that for a good year or so. I switched to every 3rd day injections this year. Too lazy to keep a perfect time. Sometimes I forget and pin at like 11 pm. Calendar app keeps me on point.

Yes sir. So let’s say I pin today at 9am (Friday).. I pin again Monday 9pm. It’s never exact but I’m always within 3 hours of my schedule at least. I plan to do EQ and Test alone for about 6 weeks, check my labs, then throw in NPP if everything is running smooth. I’m tempted to do it now just out of anticipation haha.. but I know deep down I need to do EQ alone with Test so I’ll know from my blood levels if it’s affecting me negatively. The RBCs is all I worry about with EQ but I’ve had a lot of people say the mass is better quality mass with EQ which is why I was attracted to it in the first place.
How do you actually “know” if you’re gaining a bunch of water weight? Like I’ve obviously put on some water to put on 25 pounds in a month. But I have no difficulty breathing, no swelling anywhere abnormal, can run cardio fine.. so is there a for sure sign for me to look for that I’m putting on too much water weight?

EQ is a strange compound. It literally makes me not want to workout. I’ve never had anything positive from it. Deca is 10 times better IMO.

Agree. Uncle Bens Jasmine rice is awesome. Live on them anymore. I have a bag of their Coconut Rice that I keep staring at but have not used as of yet.
I never heard of Kodiac waffles. Have to see if I can find some locally. Christ, I eat Eggo Waffles or French toast almost daily.
