    chest fat

Hi ! after my 5 week primobolan depot and equipoise cycle no test (i know it's a crappy cycle my trainer messed me up i fired him anyways) I have gained 5 kgs but i have gained a lot of fat on my chest.
gaining fat while bulking is acceptable but da fat on my chest is more as compared to other body parts. It is not gyno cuz I can't feel dat lump it's just tissue.
please help me out !! it lowers my self esteem everytime i take my shirt off.chest fat-img_20201118_123648866.jpgchest fat-img_20201118_123750371.jpgchest fat-img_20201118_123819875.jpgClick image for larger version.

Could also be mild gyno without a prominent lump. What was your PCT like?

when i workout veins on my arms shoulders forearms pop out and upper 4 abs are pretty much visible. But i don't know how i got that much fat just on my chest and nipple area.

Iam open to suggestion and advise just guide me what should i do ?
I was thinking about going deficit in calories but i would loose my hard earned muscle, so logically i must wait for my next cycle.
    Please help !

Darktime is right, gyno doesn't have to be full blown with a hardened or painful sub-nipple nodule, it can be puffiness, or more prominent fatty tissue, and may or may not tingle/itch/chafe/irritate at all.

If it is centralized in the nipple area, and not throughout the rest of the pectoral, it is likely gyno.

Why not post a pic for the guys to review and evaluate?

I have been fighting these things for years now. This was prior to surgery, now - they aren’t all that much better. The hard lumps have been removed, but there is still a bit of tissue all over my lower pec area.

At this point, I’m considering getting them done again

Provide a full body photo. Or at least a full torso photo. Unflexed.
It appears that you are overweight.
Losing weight will definitely shrink your body fat and thus the appearance of your chest.
I would lose weight before attempting surgery.

That's gyno. Get Letrozole which is the most effective, or use Arimidex and tamoxifen . Research the dosage protocol. It will help reverse it. Do not use any steroids right now.

Doesn't look like gyno, just look heavy IMO. Need to see from the side. Get on the treadmill or stairs lose some weight and keep up with a healthy diet. Best of luck. Please keep updating! The AIs wont hurt just dont freak out and crash your E2.

I am the same. First step for me is to properly adjust my AI. I use Aromasin and dose daily even on HRT, you cannot crash your E with this medication. Second step is to lose the fat. Just get on a cardio routine and reduce calories. You can drop 1-1.5 lbs a week if you dedicate yourself. Helps the most to use jog/run for the cardio to best target the fat in this area from my experience.
