The hemocrit is pretty high, might want to donate some blood. You need to get rid of some blood asap.

Definitely donate, possibly ask if they have an "Alyx Machine" rbc makes up 47% of your blood along with the viscosity. You can donate two pints of soley RBC on the Alyx compared to donating one pint of whole blood, much more efficient for those on AAS. You get all of your plasma back, you paid good money for those hormones.
