How should I take 50 mg Winstrol orally?

Should I divide the dosage or take it all together?.

Ideally with orals, you want to spread out the dosage through the day so that the level in you blood is more stable.

split the dose best ya can twice a day. I always try to take half orals before i workout and the other half when i get up in the morning. Winny is rough on the joints, keep that in mind and add some supps for joint support. I won't run winny without deca for that reason

OP, hope you can respect the fun...

Divide the dose as recommended. Dividing your dose up into AM/PM as best you can will be more than sufficient. I believe Winny has a half life around 9 hours...9 AM and 9 PM would work well.
