Back Pumps?
Trying all the tried and true remedies....water, sodium, potassium, taurine and bcaas. Anti inflammatory....still brutal back pumps.
Just walking around is painful. Any advice or suggestions other than the norm i may not know about from you guys?? Asking for help thanks

Have you tried going in the jacuzzi and soaking for a while? I've heard people say epsom salt in the bath tub helps too.

Definitely gear related. 4000’mg taurine and some deep tissue work has helped tremendously.
I didnt think about epsom salt but worth a try.
Ive had this issue before but adding the MK seems to really exaggerate it. Idk if thats the culprit but everything was fine until after about 3 days after starting it. I will adapt and overcome.

What about magnesium? That worked for me.
