    Lab results look normal?

    Here are all my labs.
    190 lbs
    5’9
    500mg Test E per week
    150mg NPP per week
    400mg EQ per week

And I’m 11-12 weeks into this cycle.
Only been on NPP and EQ about 4-5 weeks now.
I basically am just curious if my gear is legit or if anything looks majorly off. Thanks guys.

ALT and AST are elevated which is normal and due to muscular trauma. They can be raised for up to 7-10 days and being that we train far more often than that....no worries. You should though be using NAC or similar. Probably 6-1200 year round and double that on cycle. It's a healthy thing to take. I use NOW Brand.

SHBG is low as test pushes it down, which is normal. This causes even more test to be unbound or free and useful. And your Free T is awesome.

Estadiol is way to low. Get off of whatever AI you may be on. You'll make better gains with higher estrogen. Thats also the wrong test to obtain. Cheaper yes, but the wrong test. Standard estradiol is geared to women and tends to read higher with a mans natural lower estrogen level. Thus many unknowing docs then put patients on estrogen blockers unnecessarily. Long winded point is, the proper test is an E2 Sensitive Assay. Much more expensive, takes longer but accurate.

    PSA is super.

Never waste money on LH/FSH when on cycle. These always pretty much zero out due to being shut down from exogenous testosterone . Pre and post cycle, sure.

HDL a bit low but that coincides with AAS usage. I'd add Endur-Acin or Slo-Niacin (both brand names) to your regimen. I prefer Endur-Acin anymore. Otherwise chol looks good.

    DHT is high as expected.

    Hope this helps.

Damn dude you’re a life saver. Thank you. I only got FSH/LH to make sure the gear was legit. It was a new supplier so just wanted to be sure it was trustworthy. Also I’m not taking an AI currently. I was under the assumption to only start one if I started getting gyno or the other estrogenic effects. So judging off my labs alone you can confirm it’s good gear I assume? Thanks again for responding man.

Yes, your gear seems ok. Maybe a little weak based on your total T and readings I've seen over the years. Buy your FT is killer so no worries.
Interesting that no AI involved and still a low reading. Several thoughts: the reading may be flawed as it's the wrong test but normally they err on the high side. You're very lean and simply don't turn much T to E. Regardless, no E2 sides = no worries.

What about the EQ? I kept reading on here and elsewhere that it supposedly reduces estrogen. Gear used to mention it all the time.

Yes I've heard that as well but have never seen anything to legitimately back it up which is why I'm hesitant to point a finger that way. Love to know for sure.

Kel pretty well answered this to a “T”

Imho your total T is a tad low in accordance with dose but your Free T is insanely high i mean fuck. Before i started a trt therapy my free T was 4.02...
