Best Shampoo for hair loss on Cycle or TRT/HRT

Currently on TRT/HRT and my testosterone is almost 3 times the amount it was before I started. Seeing extensive hair loss, 0 men in my family have it. Getting DHT tested shortly.

Seen a couple of threads on this but noticed there is always new products on the market so thought I'd ask ... what shampoo are you using to counter hair loss? Also will these DHT blocking shampoos affect your DHT blood test results in anyway?
I want to avoid Finasteride so im currently using Regaine and a German caffeine shampoo.

Shampoo doesn't do shit, imo. What works for me is finasteride, 2x a day minoxidil, and derma rolling/ microneedling once a week.

Yeah there isn't much that will work. Rogaine and finasteride are about the only things (short of hair plugs) that are clinically proven to.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about a thinning hairline. There's a lot of us on here who are either bald or going bald and we shave our heads. Chicks dig a freshly BIC'd scalp too.
