    Low HDL/Normal LDL

    Is low HDL really any cause for concern when all the other numbers are within a normal range?

    No real concern. 30 is fine especially if on gear. Naturally we'd all like it higher but it's not in the cards doing what we do to be honest. What you can do is add in something like Endur-Acin to help your HDL or even Slo-Niacin. I prefer the former anymore. Also, if not on a quality Fish Oil do so. You should be able to cut that number in half. Yes, it's in range but does not need to be near that high.

    Read Dr. Stephen Sinatra's "The Great Cholesterol Myth" and he''ll tell you that a good indicator of cardiac health is to divide your triglycerides by your HDL and be at around a 2:1 ratio. Read this:
