    Hello again

    I'm still training 3 days religiously, Now I have noticed a few things, l like why is it I can't curl 45 l Used to CURL 5oLBS 12 to 15 times why now everything, is definitely weaker. On bench press I can do 120, It sux. So guy's and girls. Please, give me details.
    Let's be honest folks a new pre-work out, and I use orals at least I always have used 2 orals stacked to get to be good, I want to be My memory is the worst, so I really have to ask questions
