test is good with it. you want more results eq or deca... take your pick and add a test with winny, then you got yourself a good cycle = )... but do research first, you'll find out what works for you concidering your over 19 and have training experience.

However, note that I would have liked to have ran things differently, but the pain was getting unbearable. So much to the point I couldn't even workout because I couldn't move my leg or sit on my ass right.

I probably won't ever do a winny only cycle anymore (only b/c I have access to other stuff), but will definitely use it to end my cycle with.

Hey Man..I just finished my first cycle of "juice"..I did Winnie and had pretty good results....Leaner and a little stronger....Noticeable muscle gain too. But It IS better if u add a Test or maybe FINAPLIX GOLD......good luck dude.....

I would suggest that you would be better off saving the Winny, do more research, and then use it as part of a properly designed cycle.
