Help with this hairloss (pics) what do you guys do?
So recently notice extreme thinning on the top of my head. Hair overall thinning and balding like a mofer. You can't tell too much when not in direct light but when I am I can barely even stand it.
Want to hear what you guys recommend. Made an appointment to dermatoligist. All hairloss forums say to hop on fin and minoxidil but those stuff kind of sketch me out. Tried to take some pics under a harsh light so you guys can see

Let us know what you figure out.
My solution to going bald can be seen here:
To be 100% fair though, I started losing mine when I was 17.

Finasteride helps with not only hair loss, but it may help prevent prostate cancer. Minoxidil is benign. It's a vasodilator that was used to lower blood pressure at one time. It increases blood flow to the scalp. Looking at your hair, you will need to do some microneedling. Buy the Dr. Pen on Amazon and thank me later. Some recommend oral biotin supplements, which I haven't tried. You can definitely reverse what you have, I was once close to that. Now my hair is pretty thick and full again.

I'm going to look into the Dr. Pen. I was having the same issue so a year or so ago I started using Rogaine to see what might happen. To my surprise it worked great. My hair grew back within a few months and my hairline started to improve. I did hate how it made my hair feel though and my fiance wouldn't touch it after I put it in. You have to use it twice per day. Because of that I stopped taking it and within 2 months my hairline receded. UGH. I just started back on it because I would rather a full head of hair and it feel rough than be balding.

If you're prone to it, it's going to happen. Maybe faster, or slower.. You'll have to just look at what's out there that can slow it down. Good thing about this day and age is, there many options to slow it down.

Yes, minoxidil and microneedling worked great, even without finasteride. I wouldn't skip the finasteride. 1 mg / day or EOD is nothing. Guys take 5 mg for prostate issues. If you want, you can take 1 mg on cycle, EOD when not on cycle.
I've never heard of minoxidil aging anyone. Losing your hair will definitely age you, however.

I got the A6S. It comes with a power cable and battery attachment so you can use both. The batteries for mine don't work. It comes with a few cartridges that you replace after a few uses. Always sterilize your cartridges before and after use. Get the 12 or 16 needle replacements, not the ones that have more needles.

Thanks man should I go to a derma to get that. Or can I just go online and get a prescription from keeps or hims or one of those sites. Should I wait for a Dr first?
Also will the fin hinder any gains. Since it's blocking dht wouldn't that effect muscle gains and such?

Should I start minoxidil with nozoral for now. Hair feels super weak and heard some guys shedding like crazy on rogaine. I know that would be hair that was gonna go anyways but I want to prolong that day for as long as possible

u shed less with minoxidil.... speaking from experience. both minoxidl and propecia finestride (1 mg per day of the fin.) massage the rogaine into the forehead hairline. I have no idea why the label says it only helps the crown area in the back which no one really looks at, but from this forum, it's evident that monixidil helps the front hairline too. You may want to look into a FUE hair transplant. If the HT doc told me that FUT was cheaper but a waste of money, I'd pay more for a FUE hair transplant. These docs are some of the most unscrupulous and run hair transplant mills / factories. FUT is cheap and a waste of money. FUE hair transplants are more pricey, but produce more thicker hair....and it's cheaper in Tijuana Mexico if u live near southern california like i do.

I’m a huge supporter of the Finasteride and Rogaine combo. Got back on cycle two years ago after a long hiatus, saw some thinning and that combination helped stop and actually replenished.
