    My goal. How to get their?

    obviously not looking for a specific answer just tips and advise.

    Erm, find a decent tattoo artist, then spend a couple of years training with progressive overload.
    These don’t really give us much to go on.

    You obviously need to put on mass to get to where he is.
    Mass necessitates food.

    Slowly put on weight using phase cycles.
    (Bulk from 3 months... Maintain for 1.5 months... Repeat.)

    Are you natural now? Its hard to compare yourself exactly to someone else, I can get an idea of what ur wanting but things like muscle bellies and roundess comes into the genetics.

    Id make it more of a goal to say add 20lbs of LBM to your frame. You will have to eat and and i mean alot. You will have to train harder and with heavier weights to get the density. I like training with heavy weight, drop sets, and fairly intense. I wont hit failure usually until my last set of a particular exercise thats when things get intense. Some people have this intensity and some dont it’s something that grows with you as you progress in the gym

    Lots of protein and carbs and lots of hewby intense sets and of course gear. But dont go overboard with the gear thats where alot of people fail is taking to much gear

    You’ve got a great base to start from. Already looks like you have pretty long and full bicep muscle bellies. Definite potential in the pecs and shoulders. And a narrow mid-section (similar to the final pic that you would like to attain). Plus all of that without excess fat as you have a little vascularity and a decent six-pack coming in. Is that natural?

    There is no shortcut. No magic pill. If u find the answer u are looking for, its wrong. U have the genetics and age to look that buff. So its just hard work and u must want it. Make big sacrifices. Almost a whatever it takes attitude. Everybody know how to get there. Advices are all over. Water, sleep, eat 8 meals a day, train, drugs etc.
    But u gotta do it. Its not about going to the gym 4 times a week, then a whey proteindrink and injections. No bro. Its 24/7. Jupp, your wo is 24 hours a day. U gotta think anabolic 24 hours. Or else, forget that second pic.
    Now i guess u understand why u dont see alot of those guys. Even min 50% of all men want it.
    Because, who wanna "train" 24/7?

    But if your up for it, u could have that body in 3 years.

    Is it worth it?. It will not help u. Your job plans and economy will suffer. And your knowledge about the world, politics, science etc too.
    U migth get more girls, but most relationship with others, will suffer too, because u need to be so dedicated. And there is REALLY no money in it. And its risky health wize. It can be done safe, but many fails to use drugs in a safe way. No matter what, u will end up with trt for the rest of your life.

    Are u willing to eat a boring and tasteless meal 8 times a day for the next 3 years?
    If yes, u have a chance.
    If No, choose another afterpic!

    Lean bulk 200 to 300 surplus calories . Cardio 3 times a week
    Test+deca +adrol+low dose hgh and 18 to 22 weeks. Now the real question is will you hold all that muscle and the answer is hell no. Hrt of 250 mg test and 150 mg/ deca/week will be needed to hold all that .
