    Safe steroid cycles for an experienced lifter !

    Hi ! can someone suggest best suitable cycles for someone who has 3-4 years of training experience (asking for someone) he is 80 kg and has done few cycles before but he is not sure what did he took maybe dianabol and test e.
    He wants to increase his size and lose fat if it is possible otherwise you can suggest a good bulking cycle.

    Instead of asking for somebody, why don't you have this person make their own account here and ask himself? But to answer your question, all cycles will suppress the HPTA. Perhaps you should suggest to read the stickies in this section as a starting point? Here's a good one to look at that will answer a lot of your questions:

    You've been posting for awhile though, back in November you inquired about chest fat from your No-Test Primo and EQ cycle. You've been on here long enough and should be able to come up with a beginner cycle to give to your friend or are you at the point where you've screwed up with trying random compounds and now you're hoping for something safe without the sides you've been experiencing?

    I remember that.

    We all have made mistakes (some more than others) in our journeys. His questions could easily be answered or at least put him in the right direction, if he'd go look at the various stickies on this site. There's a lot of good information in them and these rookies should start with those. If he was smart, he'd look at those. A lot of people did a lot of hard research and experience to make them available and it's there for him and everyone for free.

    I had more time to catch up on the stickies myself and found many answers in them. They are a good tool.

    There's a wealth of knowledge in the stickies and a good search. Type in First Cycle and see the advice that's been given by many of the vets. See where also these people have done them wrong, who how not to run a cycle

    Actually my trainer messed me up and guy told me to stay away from gear for a while like 2 years or more though iam.not thinking about doing it. And the reason I am asking on behalf of my friend is that he is my training partner and he is really crazy for bodybuilding I fear that he is going to try every cycle mentioned here. I have read austinite stick about executing first cycle and few more sticky about prolactin and estrogen management. Moreover I am trying to understand a book called Anabolics but it's really tough for me to understand. Although I have the foundational knowledge about steroids pct hcg and all but bcz i don't consider myself as a guru or something I don't want to suggest a safe cycle for him. He is 20 and weighs 80kg and endomorph. His height is around 5'8. He works out 6 days with me. He told me that before I met him his trainer poked some stuff and gave him some pills. I repeat I AM NOT PLANNING TO EXECUTE A CYCLE UNTIL IAM 25. I have suffered a lot with my chest fat which was caused by a no test primo and eq cycle.

    He gets fat around his midsection only which i read is due to high testosterone or something they called it android fat, and i get fat on my glutes hips, thighs and chest which is caused by high estrogenic circulation.
    I read this from instagram on a page called pheasique

    If fat around the middle was due to high test, then 75% of males above 40 would be walking around with hard ons constantly. I know I'm on trt from the dr, and I have low t AND carry weight in my mid section which is where MOST men carry fat.

    You shouldn't post anybody's pictures here (or anywhere) without their explicit permission. But if you are asking for your friend, then your friend needs to sign up here and ask for himself.

    By the way, midsection fat is not caused by test. A lack of testosterone can cause it (and you'll see that gut in middle aged men a lot because of that). Although even if you have high test, if you eat too much food, you'll put fat on. Bodybuilding is about diet and rest as much as it is pumping iron in the gym. At your age if you're getting "chest fat" or a gut, then you should work on your diet.

    If he's 20 he doesn't need to be on a cycle yet. At that age I don't feel he's been lifting long enough to develop the foundation. He could use some of your advice about waiting until he's 25 for everything to fully develop and mature. Besides at 20, his Testosterone should be the highest it's going to be in his life, he needs to use it. Assuming he hasn't screwed his up being on an oral only cycle

    yes that's what I am suggesting him to do to leave gear until he is 25 but you know he is Rich Piana kinda guy "Whatever it takes kinda person".

    It's a fine line. We applaud these guys who do whatever it takes and look like it even when they are young. Dallas McCarver had was doing whatever it takes and most of us were watching him and curious to see what he would become. Unfortunately he passed and we would never see. Rich was another one that passed younger than he had to. I've read 30 years a lion rather than a lamb, but those are two extremes. How about 60, 70, 80 years of killing it and being an example.

    As my trainer has messed me up with no test primo and eq cycle. I won't be touching any gear till im 25. But is there something that I can do to recover myself ? or speed up my recovery ? should I get my blood work ? If yes then what are the things that I should get tested for ? I read somewhere that blood work must include E2, free test, HPTA. Plus how can I get to know if my Hpta has recovered ?

    The best thing for recovery is to get you diet 100% spot on, get plenty of sleep at night and when you're not working a muscle in the gym, let it rest.

    And drink plenty of water too! You might want to try creatine, BCAAs, fish oil, glutamine, protein powder and curcumin. They may help you to varying degrees.

    As far as knowing if your HPTA is recovered, if you don't have a baseline from before your cycle, you really won't know. You can get tested to see if your current levels are in a range of "normal" though. The biggest indicator though will be loss of sex drive, erection problems, slower facial hair grown and less body hair, loss of gains (and inability to grow more muscle) and growing a gut. But mind you not one of those symptoms (nor all of them) is in itself proof that you're not recovered. They can be caused by other things. And just because those symptoms are not present, it doesn't mean you have recovered.
