Options to Lower Estradiol?
Some new blood results are coming in, and they just showed that my Estradiol is at 109. I am only running 300mg (split injects) a week of Sustanon right now, nothing insane. My doctor prescribed me some Anastrozole, and I took a .5mg once, but it gave me horrible migraines. That was a few weeks ago. It took about 2 weeks for the headaches to go away. Should I consider taking the AI at .25mg once or twice a week, or consider other options?

Sustanon is a mix of short and long ester Testosterone . By only injecting twice per week you are putting your body through a hormonal roller coaster.
First step is to inject Sustanon every other day.
Second step would be lowering dose.
Third step would be adding DIM at 200mg per day, going up to 400mg/day as needed.
You'd want to rerun bloodwork after each step of course.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

DIM is Diindolylmethane - it comes from cruciferous vegetables like Broccoli and Cauliflower. It's been clinically shown to help manage estrogen. Generally the caps are sold in 100mg or 200mg per capsule.
It's one of the most affordable supplements and will likely cost you $10 or so per month.
Another supplement to consider with HRT is called DHEAI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

What Windex said. Plus, standard estradiol is the wrong test for men. It needs to be a Sensitive Assay as standard estradiol can be very inaccurate in men and tends to read higher due to mens naturally lower E2 readings. This then causes doctors to improperly dispense AI's when it's really not needed.

Study: Comparison of total estradiol measured by immunoassay and LC-MS/MS (sensitive)
Of the subjects, 60 men had total estradiol measured by both the assays. The mean and median total estradiol concentrations measured by immunoassay were 3.95 ± 1.31 and 3.9 [3.1–4.8] ng/dL, respectively. In contrast, the mean and median total estradiol concentrations measured by LC-MS/MS were lower by almost half (2.16 ± 1.66 and 1.9 [0.8–3.2] ng/dL, respectively; P < 0.001 for comparison with immunoassay). The total estradiol concentrations measured by the two assays correlated only weakly (r = 0.37, P = 0.004).

Why do you want to lower estradiol? Estrogen is anabolic .
If you had gyno setting in or excessive water retention then I can see why. If you have no symptoms I would keep going.
I intentionally allow my estrogen to get high.... you would be surprised at the growth that will occur.
