I could have sworn it was a Marcus300 thread but I can't find it. I followed the protocol for years, but in terms of teaching/ passing it on I'm losing some of the particulars.

Sounds like Marcus, he preached short burst 6 weeks cycles. Maybe someone can find it id be interested as well

in my head that's what it was, but the only thread I've found started by him so far about it goes deep into "priming" and suggests more all the way off as opposed to cruising.

Yeah, I looked up to him a lot too. He needs to come out of retirement.
