Much is said that cycles should be followed by medical assistance to know where you are in relation to health with the use of AAS. Be honest, I believe that not everyone who says they use anabolic steroids with medical help is true. They use them on their own, and when asked about medical tests, etc., they are liars.

That's what I see a lot in fitness, what is your opinion?

Hey Davi! While that is probably true, it doesn’t make the advice any less true. What is more dangerous is when guys stay on hardening drugs most of the year then clean out and get back good bloodwork and think everything is fine. Bloodwork is supposed to look fine when you’re off. What about the 40 weeks of the year when their bloodwork is trashed?

I am on TRT so I get blood work every 6 months. Everything is always good when I go. On the other hand I usually run my blasts between visits and don’t have access to blood work during. Not sure how much damage could be happening in between those 6 month visits but by the time I come back to TRT levels usually a couple of months before blood work I am perfectly in range on everything by then.

I think the damage to health will only appear in the future, we pray that the damage is minimal..Why I also go to the doctor very little...I end up preferring to spend my money on drugs and food ... 6 months to go to the doctor is what I do too

The bad thing about doing this is that we don't know the proper dosage of aromatase inhibitors in relation to combating E2 in cycles...So go from Novaldex 10mg a day

It is my understanding that a lot of the damage is caused by transient high blood pressure during cycles causing irreparable damage to endothelial tissue, LVH, kidneys etc. I guess I may be a special case as my BP has never run high on a cycle. Currently blasting 700mg test and 400mg tren . I started 13 weeks ago at 600mg/300mg respectively. The bump to 700/400 was a bit over a week ago. BP sitting around 115/72 most of the time. Now during my years of heavy drinking before I got into lifting and using gear my BP was usually pretty high due to the amount of alcohol I was consuming nightly.

Most people get the wrong or incomplete blood work to begin with. As an example, I would bet 99% of people who use Tren don't run CRP, PV, or ESR in their blood work panel.

If aas was as bad as some people think they are, wouldn’t there be more problems coming up? Millions of people around the globe use some sort of PED. If you run high doses sure you run risk of fuckin something up. If you’re running a gram of tren you’re asking for trouble. Use common sense . People today rely on drugs way more than hard work and dedicated diet imho

Well said! Unless you have shit genetics like me and even intense training and a good diet coupled with drugs and it still takes me 5 years to put 10lbs of lean mass on LOL.
