How much NAC are you taking ON/OFF cycle?
Curious to hear your supplemental intake of NAC if you dont mind sharing?

I run 2 grams daily on a cruise and up to 4 grams on a heavier cycle ...been doing this for awhile i have not ran BW to diagnose whether it actually provides benefit or not. This would probably be a helpful self study i will say my creatinine has dropped a ful .2 points over the years while adding around 20lbs lbm but i cant prove the NAC is the contributor to this

In my case it works many times ,a few days ago a test my alt numbers because on the last blood donation was elevated rage was <41 and i was 58 and yesterday after few weeks of 600 mg morning and night and 20 mg dbol was :
