Strength levels not dropping 1 month off gear

My last pin of test prop was just about 1 month ago. Was on 500mg per week. Since i got off, i ran 5000 iu of HCG and now running 40mg of Nolva daily.

My lifts haven't gone down too much strength wise. Im almost hitting PRs on squats and incline bench actually. I know my gear wad good because my total test a month ago was pushing 5000 ng/dl. Ive lost a bit of the hardened look, but i havent lost a lot of weight. Anyone have similar results?

And if you’re still eating big, you could be fueling your body the right way to keep and make more gains

Ride the wave as long as you can. But when things do wane, make adjustments accordingly to avoid injury.

Yea in the past for me, I saw continued strength gains for several weeks after stopping, before crashing back down.

I would suggest bloodwork. The name of the game post cycle is maintenance. It would be highly surprising there could be much progress in a hypogonadal state, particularly if cortisol has been elevated. Cut volume down and continue to eat, sleep, and train. I think many people overestimate the power of PCT. It often takes 6 months to get back to physiological test levels, but it depends on many factors.

I noticed my knees are both absolutely killing me lately... I had to skip squats today because its just too painful bending my knees under and load. Idk what to do!

Start taking a creatine + glucosamine blend. Were you on deca? I always experience increased joint pain after a cycle.

I too noticed improving strength and physique post cycle, I looked the best the month after my cycle and was still strong but I didn't push myself, lifted moderate to heavy, kept diet same (added just a bit more healthy fats) and continued getting ample sleep. Even if I was feeling low I'd hit the gym, hit 2-3 sets of exercises and back home. It helps if you don't strain the body post cycle to keep the gains and avoid injury, especially loss of mood because I know the feeling of wanting to keep going harder but it fades soon
