Holly hell, 30 years old and 238 test level

I just started my first testosterone cycle and wanted to get some baseline bloodwork done before I started. Prior to this Ive run 1 sarms cycle for 10 weeks. I ended it and ran a clomid pct last summer around June. Is it possible that i permanently fuked up my testosterone production from that sarm cycle? Ive certainly had some suppression symptoms but attributed that to some life events. Maybe Im just low T naturally but I build a good muscle and strength base as a natural. I hit 570 dl and 480 squat before trying sarms and was always a good athlete. Kind of assumed I must have been on the high side of normal or at least normal. I'm about a week into this test cycle and am feeling much better already. Guess trt might be in my future.

Rise, since you're cycling now, I moved your post to the steroid Q&A. Roughly 4-6 weeks after you finish your PCT, pull some blood work. The thread below is a great read for those that feel they are headed towards TRT.

It's possible to have medium-low/low testosterone and still be strong. I assumed the same as you and my levels were 470 - not as low as yours, but still. I know my levels were high 800s when I was 19 cause I had blood work. I just assumed that my levels would have been at least 700 so I was surprised when I ran bloods, having never cycled before.

Thanks, this is very relevant. The doctor told me on the phone that my hormone levels were all well into the normal range. I asked for a copy of the blood work for myself. I looked at total testosterone on the front page and it said (238-low) so not really sure what he was looking at. Free test was low too. Going to call him tomorrow and ask if he could refer me to a specialist down the road. Don't really want to tell him I've started a cycle though tbh

Don't say a word about cycling, IMO.

So if low test levels don't necessarily mean that you can't get big and strong what else factors into that? Bone structure, hard work, and diet? I mean I've had some pretty substantial fatigue the past year or 2, issues with sex drive, and even some depression at times. But I still worked long hours, had girlfriends, and hit the gym every night and functioned. Made progress in the gym even... I don't look like I have low test, the doctor kind of laughed when I brought up my concern about wanting a blood test to check hormone levels. I'm not a small dude. however I have no doubt I've had low test for a while now.

Possible?... Never experienced or read anything like that. Actually never red artic les saying sarms hurt u for life at any levels.
But it could be. And u never No what u get. "sarms" can contain pro hormones, which are worse for your natty test production than steroids .
The best solution would be a bloodtest prior. Then u could tell.

Easy to say now. They want us to check bloods 3 times each cycle.
My ass, i rarely bother with bloods. Dont do anything crazy, and follow the healthy lifestyle rules and u will be fine.

If pushing orals, u migth wanna check kidney/liver before u run a new one though.

But turn it into something positive. Let it force u into trt for life. Securing a permanent gooooood test level for life.

There is nothing to it. If nebido, its just a shot every 8 weeks. Takes 5 min only. Like preparing a cup of Coffee.
U dont need ai or hcg .
But i advice u to run OTC DIM with it to make sure estrogen wont bug u.

Yeah it could have been pro hormones for all I know. No way to tell when you buy something online. however I took a fairly large dose of what was labeled rad140 and Ostarine. If it was in fact sarms, It worked for sure, I got way stronger and bigger. I put about 50 pounds onto my squat and deadlift but I felt like shit by week 10. They are suppressive for sure.

I am by far a SARM expert, but some SARMS do shut you down and PCT is recommended

I was making progress and building muscle at 47 years old and 171 total test. Went from 180 to 242 in 6 years on trt only. Been cruising on lower levels of gear since I found this place, mostly have just been leaner. Getting my levels up to around 1100 was a life changer, but in subtle ways not overnight miracle ways.

Most doctors wouldn't even put you on hrt at that level. Mine was 90 total test at 26. Never did any type of anabolic . Only took the stupid supplements from Gaspari.

Total test of 26? Are you female? Can you post the bloodwork?

Think i read your post wrong, my apologies ..your levels were 90 at 26 years old... still extremely low

Yes sir. It was awful. Couldn't even get out of bed and my anxiety was terrifying. I kinda lucked out because my insurance covers all my hrt stuff now.

I'm 55 and I think 3 years ago my test was 114. Free test was 6, which is just below the range for my age. 7 to 24.

I wouldn't have known I was low t had I not asked about my energy levels and always feeling tired, which I thought was a result of sleep apnea. Other than that, I didn't experience any other issues as far as sex drive or ED. So dr prescribe test gel since it's covered with my insurance as well.

Knowing that I have a low baseline kinda made it an easier decision to blast test. Figure trt is likely in my future regardless. Been on 500mg test for about 6 weeks. Ordered a blood test last night to see if my gear is legit. 500mg should put my total test in the 5000 range right?

My guess is you'll be around 3500.

    How much do you weigh?
