Sustanon 350 by Keplar and managing IBS

    Hi folks,

Just a quickie here that I'd like some advice on.

As the subject states unfortunately I have to deal with daily gut aches, insanely interrupting pains and what not etc from IBS. I've managed this well for the last 18 mo ths and have not taken any steroids in 3 years because of it. Now I'm at a point where I have been training well for 7 months, eating very clean along with cheat meals and now looking to start taking sustanon 350.

My question is, has anyone had any experience with taking steroids by injection alongside managing IBS?
Does it make it worse? Or have no effect at all?

I've been quite shy and worried about starting a new course because of the "what if". I don't want to set myself back and be in pain again but at the same time Im managing mental depression from muscle loss. #wantmysizeback

    Thanks in advance lads,

I'm only on TRT so I don't cycle or blast and cruise but I do have IBS. My dosing has gone through some changes over the years because I started adding UGL Sub-Q Test on top of my prescription TRT and I haven't noticed any connection between the extra gear and the IBS. Plus the TRT puts my Hct through the roof so I stop taking all TRT a few weeks before I have an appointment to see my Doc to get my red blood cell count under control, and the IBS doesn't seem to care.

RE: the IBS itself, you probably know that the old school remedy is peppermint oil. In this last film, "The Shootist," John Wayne's character mentions eating peppermint candy for a sour stomach. I use peppermint gel caps for temporary relief when I have a flare-up but don't have a probiotic on hand, but the enteric-coated ones are the best because they coating doesn't dissolve until it gets past the stomach and into the gut, so you're not burping peppermint gas.

If you want to get more serious, yo might try probiotics. My first was Align, which caused a noticeable improvement but now my preferred brand is Thrive, which provides me more complete relief.

Have you considered a proton pump inhibitor like Prilosec? I take 40mg daily of it for indigestion/heartburn and it's worked wonders on me. I've read that IBS sufferers might get some relief from these types of drugs.

Thanks for the response folks. Right now I manage it with buscopan (although I feel this is a placebo/comfort method) and drink peppermint tea all day...literally! I can only manage that, almond or rice milk, water and 200ml of cranberry juice. Nothing else liquid form enters my body !

I'm looking forward to trying the sus350 as my father takes it and has amazing results next to training and his diet, I was just concerned over it increasing flare-ups or symptoms.
