Tricky question I know, but I think some of us here can tell when we feel at our peak regarding Serum Oestradiol levels. Below are mine, the worst I felt was definitely around December, and the best I felt was September/October. So im thinking maybe the best level for me is around 110. I believe 50-189 is classed as normal levels.
